The MIRO™ single chainwinder is designed for use with Vantage™ and Elevate™ awning windows. Featuring a textured matt finish and AWS’ exclusive Enduratec™ technology, this is the ideal solution for use in harsh environmental applications. Incorporating a key lock system and indicator, clearly see if the winder is in the locked or unlocked position prior to activating.

Key Features

MIRO™ chainwinders are available in single winder configurations for standard awning windows or twin winder options for larger awning windows.
The corrosion resisting stainless steel chain combined with the aluminium cast body with Enduratec™ technology protect not only the winder, but also the window sash and sill.
Optional Special Access Lever (SAL) available on MIRO™ single and twin chain winders: SAL handles improve operability for users with reduced dexterity and are compliant with AS2047, AS1428: 2009 Section 13.5 (Disability Access) and Liveable Housing Guidelines.
Chain winder can be key locked.
Standard chain winder control knob can be folded down for a discreet appearance.
The length of the chain can be reduced on heavy sashes. This reduces the chance of damaging the projecting chain under high wind loads when sash is in the open position.
Winder designed to suit flyscreening.
Textured matt finish available in black, silver and white.

Chain Restriction Switch

Inbuilt restriction switch to easily restrict chain length where window restriction is required.

Ergonomic Fold Down Handle

Designed to compliment the shape of the winder. Simply pull to fold down.

Lock Indicator & 6 Disc Cylinder

Allows you to clearly see if the winder is in the locked or unlocked position.

Can be keyed alike.

Accessibility Compliant

Can be supplied with an optional SAL handle to meet with Disability Access and Liveable Housing Guidelines in accordance with AS1428:2009 Section 13.5.
